*Navona Records’ latest offering of chamber music ELEMENTS RISING highlights contemporary composers who re-imagine the building blocks of music, such as melody, harmony, rhythm, dynamics, and timbre, in innovative ways, applying them to a number of duo and ensemble settings*.

[Night Stream](https://thty8p35tm9d6f9.onstatic.studio/night-stream/) has had a wonderful history of performances with a World Premiere at the [2014 PARMA Music Festival](https://soundcloud.com/rain-worthington/night-stream-2014-parma-festival), a CT Premiere at the Festival of Women Composers in Hartford, and a NY Premiere by [Miolina](http://miolinanyc.wix.com/miolina) (Mioi Takeda and Lynn Bechtold).

While [Rhythm Modes](https://thty8p35tm9d6f9.onstatic.studio/rhythm-modes-for-strings/) was given its premiere by the [Sirius String Quartet](http://www.siriusquartet.com/) in NYC, with a subsequent NYC [concert performance](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hcw7z8aYJBA).
